Medication-related citations remain one of the most frequent findings in Adult Family Homes — and they are often preventable.
AccurateMeds began with a call that revealed a consistent challenge: providers were navigating complex medication requirements while already managing the many responsibilities of running a home. What was missing wasn’t effort — it was structured pharmacist oversight in the very area most scrutinized during inspection.
That gap is why I founded AccurateMeds.
With nearly 15 years of progressive pharmacy experience across inpatient hospital, long-term care, inpatient psychiatry, retail, mail order, and clinical operations leadership, I have worked within complex medication systems at multiple levels of care. I understand both regulatory expectations and the operational realities providers face daily.
In addition to my clinical and operational experience, I have worked extensively in pharmacy education and tutoring, helping healthcare professionals strengthen medication knowledge, documentation accuracy, and critical thinking. That educator foundation shapes how I approach Adult Family Home consulting today — breaking down complex regulatory expectations into clear, practical guidance providers can confidently implement within their teams.
Today, AccurateMeds focuses exclusively on medication systems under WAC 388-76 (Resident Medications), identifying and correcting vulnerabilities that contribute to citations — including MAR discrepancies, documentation gaps, reconciliation breakdowns, and workflow inconsistencies.
My approach is structured, inspection-focused, and non-punitive. I work alongside providers to bring clarity to medication processes, strengthen documentation practices, and reduce compliance risk without adding unnecessary pressure.
Medication compliance should provide confidence — not anxiety.
When your medication systems are clear and your documentation is aligned, inspection becomes manageable — and you can lead your home with peace of mind.
Rose partners with providers to deliver practical non-punitive support that helps stabilize medication systems, improve caregiver consistency, and support sustainable compliance
